Returns
Items must be returned new, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or hand-painted items cannot be returned. Your item must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns of items showing signs of use, damage or modifications (engravings, size adjustments, etc.) will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a quality control process before acceptance.
International Customs & Duties
Buyers from outside the European Union (EU) are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by their respective countries. Please note that Vanguerati is not responsible for any delays in delivery resulting from customs clearance procedures.
