What is your return and exchange policy?
If for any particular reason you are not satisfied with your order or need a size change, you can always return it within 14 days after delivery of the order; except for personalized items or items purchased in promotion / sales, for which we will not accept returns.
How do I return an item?
Make sure that the products you are going to return, as well as their labeling, are in perfect condition, as they were received. Place the items to be returned in their original packaging and in their corresponding shipping envelope. Now you just have to take the package to your nearest transport office and send it to Calle San Cristobal Nº 16, 46180, Benaguasil, Valencia (Spain).
